A system for intermediating/managing the job offering and job hunting and a method thereof are provided to select an object which satisfies the registration condition and then offer information. A job offering/hunting brokerage company terminal(100) transmits and receives company information and job offering/hunting information to and from a web server(500). A job offering company terminal(200) transmits and receives the company profile and job information to and from the web server. A job hunter terminal(300) transmits and receives the personal information and job hunting information to and from the web server. A management server(600) determines whether to employ a person by referring to the job hunting information and application information, deposits the wage of the employee in a designated account, and performs the work ability evaluation of the employee. |
