A safety protection plate for an underground cable is provided to allow a worker to attend a surrounding environment by making a fluid or a powder inside a protective plate dispersed when the protective plate is damaged by a bucket of an excavator. A space protrusion(22) is protruded toward inside the top sidewall(26) of the top plate(20). A bolt coupling hole(24) is formed between the sidewalls and the space protrusion. The space protrusion(32) is protruded toward inside bottom-sidewall(36) of the bottom plate(30), and an accepting chamber(40) is formed in the internal space of the space protrusion. A bolt groove(34) is formed between bottom-sidewall and the space protrusion, and the airtight cork(44) is extended to the accepting chamber through the bottom-sidewall of the bottom plate. |
