A hydraulic pressure generation motor is provided to obtain a driving power source by converting linear flow energy of fluid inside a fluid flow tube into a rotation motion. A hydraulic pressure generation motor includes a torque generation unit and a generator. The torque generation unit includes a hollow tube, an impeller housing(8), and an impeller(38). The impeller housing includes a circumference part(20), a first housing cover, a second housing cover(28), a first bearing cover(34a), and a second bearing cover(34b). The circumference part is protruded in a central part of a hollow tube. The first housing cover and the second housing cover are assembled in both sides of the circumference part in order to seal a cover hole(6) of the circumference part. The first bearing cover covers a shaft hole(26) of the first housing cover. The second bearing cover covers the shaft hole of the second housing cover. A through hole is formed in a center of the second bearing cover. An impeller shaft(24) penetrates the shaft hole of the first housing cover and the second housing cover, and the through hole of the second bearing cover.
