The construction has a wind blade (5) arranged perpendicular to a sloping plane (2). A blade plane includes a flat and smooth surface, through which wind (W) moves, and wind vanes arranged perpendicular to a base (3). A rotary electric generator is arranged for converting wind energy into electrical energy. A wind deflector is arranged in a recycled wind area. A wind field i.e. closed surface, is placed diagonally on the wind. An air space (6) is formed on the sloping plane. |
