A conduit connection device is provided to block the fluid intercommunication of the conduit by improving the air-tightness and water-tightness of a conduit connected part. A conduit connection device comprises: a connecting rod having two or more insertion holes at the outer circumference; a reference member in which the insertion holes of the connecting rod is arranged at regular interval based on the center of the conduit circumference; a first fixing member(220A) whose inner circumference is fixed to the outer circumference of the conduit, inserted one side of the reference member and the outer circumference of a one side conduit(101); and a second fixing member(220B) whose inner circumference is fixed to the outer circumference of the conduit inserted one side of the reference member and the outer circumference of the other side conduit(102).
