A curved surface forming method of a metal plate is provided to maintain the quality of specified level by performing the forming operation of the metal plate with the identical processes through prepared procedure. A curved surface forming method of a metal plate comprises: a step(S10) for defining the member dimension of a metal plate, mechanical property, and material stress-strain relation and a goal curved surface; a step(S20) for predicting spring back effect by performing elasto-plasticity large deformation nonlinear finite-element analysis; a step(S30) for determining the configuration of each forming punch within a variable molding apparatus; a step(S40) for molding the goal curved surface by using a fluid pressure pressing apparatus; a step(S50) for checking that the molded curved plate belongs to the error range of the goal curved surface; and a step(S60) for reforming the metal plate according to the result measured in the step.
