A rigidity variable rear safety guard of a loaded vehicle is provided to cut down on costs because rigidity stiffener is made of steel material of which cost is low. A rigidity variable rear safety guard of a loaded vehicle comprises a connecting member which is mounted on both lower surface lateral sides of a car body frame by a bolt, and a rear safety guard which is installed at the end of the connecting member and is manufactured of aluminium material in the width direction of the car body. The rear safety guard includes a top part which horizontally overlaps a square safety guard(21) on the top thereof, top and bottom two stages safety guards(22, 23) which are installed at the lowest par, and an one stage safety guard and a two stages safety guard(24) which are between the top and bottom two stages safety guards.
