A method of manufacturing a resonator for illuminator utilizing the microwave is provided to prevent discoloration and the anti-corrosive property by performing a hydrogen reducing process. The patterning process is performed on the first sheet base material(A) by using a mask. Micro hollows are formed in the first sheet base material by an etching process. One side of the second thin plate base material(B) is bent to form the junction(26). Subsequently, the other side face of the thin plate base material is mounted in the junction. The shape of the resonator is provided by the junction and covering of base materials. Nickel plating and silver plating are performed on the resonator's shape. Subsequently, the hydrogen reduction treatment process is performed.
