A fluid treating apparatus for a pipeline system is provided to remove scales effectively, to prevent corrosion of the pipeline system and to offer long lifetime of a pipeline. A fluid treating apparatus for a pipeline system includes a metallic housing, a zinc reaction pipe(20), and a spacing ring(30). A pair of connection parts(11)(12) connected to a pipeline, are formed on the both sides of the housing. A reaction space(13) connected the connection part inside the housing is formed. The zinc reaction pipe is formed on the reaction space of the housing. The spacing ring is combined with the zinc reaction pipe. The housing comprises a body(10a), a housing cover(10b), a sealing(10c), and a sealing groove(10d). The fluid treating apparatus connected to the connection part includes nipples(40) made of PTFE materials.
