An electric supply control type outlet of an apartment house which easily conceals an outlet unit is provided to allow a plug terminal inlet to open and close the plug terminal of the outlet which is combined with the plug terminal. A plug terminal insertion hole(121) in which A plug terminal is inserted is formed around the front of an outlet unit(120). A pair of second containing grooves(122) are formed in the front side of the outlet unit. The second containing grooves are formed in an upward around plug terminal inlet. An outlet terminal(130) is installed on the outlet unit in order to be arranged in the plug terminal inlet hole and the outlet terminal is installed in the outlet unit. An outlet part fixing unit fixes the outlet unit in order to maintain the state where the outlet part is protruded to outside the outlet part is tied up.
