A method for manufacturing FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) with a flexible optical waveguide are provided to obtain superior flexibility by forming a wiring and an optical wave guide in FPCB. A method for manufacturing FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) with a flexible optical waveguide are comprised of the steps: a core layer is formed(S100); a clad layer covering the outside of the core layer is formed (S110); A reflecting surface passing through a one side of the clad layer is processed (S120); the top and the bottom of the clad layer and reflecting surface are coated with metal (S130); a copper coating is formed on the top of the metal (S140); a penetration hole is formed on the copper coating (S150); The inside of the penetration hole is copper-plated (S160); and a wiring is formed by performing a photolithography of the copper coating (S170).
