A light guide plate with a compensated emission light field is provided to improve the uniformity of light radiation by correcting an optical field generated inside an optical guide plate. An optical incident surface(21) accommodates a light emitted from a light source (A), and a light source is composed of a long lamp tube which is extended in longitudinal direction. The light of the light source is projected to the light guide plate(2) through the optical incident surface, and the optical reflective surface(22) comprises one among main surfaces of the light guide plate. The optical incident surface is positioned to be adjacent to the incident surface, and a plurality of light - guide structures(221) are formed on the optical reflective surface.
