摘要 <p>Provided are carbon nanotube films, electronic devices and optical transmission electrodes by arranging carbon nanotubes in a horizontal direction to lower electrical junction resistance between carbon nanotubes and adhesion force between substrates. A method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube film comprises the following steps of: inserting a substrate into an arc discharge chamber in the middle of arc discharging in order for single-walled or multi-walled carbon nanotube to weakly adsorb to the substrate in a first step; blowing the substrate to obtain carbon nanotube powder in a second step; and filtering the carbon nanotube powder, forming a carbon nanotube film with the powder and placing the film on the substrate in order to melt the filter in a third step. The second and third steps can be replaced with a surface-treatment by an organic solvent.</p>
