An apparatus for spinal fixation is provided to disperse a load of spine efficiently by forming a gap between a head unit and a screw unit. A spinal fixation device comprises a head unit(10), a screw unit(20), an anti-wear member(40), and a fixing member(50). A load(200) is set at the head unit, and a penetration hole is formed at the lower-part of the head unit. The penetration hole is formed as a circular or the elliptic shape, and a receiving hole is formed at the interior of the head unit. The screw unit has a wrist(21) and the screw unit(22), and the Wrist is received into an accommodation hole of the head unit.
