<p>A metal rod and a high-frequency heat treatment device are provided to improve the quality of a product by uniformly performing the surface heat treatment of the metal rod and selectively controlling the rigidity of the surface. A metal rod and a high-frequency heat treatment device comprises: a supply desk(23) equipped with a plurality of transferring rollers(22) to supply an annular metal rod(21) linearly corrected with a plurality of correcting rollers; a high-frequency heat treatment device(10) which is made of a first guideline disc and a second guideline disc by installing a fixed disk(15) and a driving disc(16) to cross each other in order to be extended to both sides with rotating the annular metal rod supplied from the supply desk, and in which a high frequency core(18) is installed between the first and the second guideline discs; and a discharge desk(24) with a plurality of transferring rollers(22') to transfer the annular metal rod heat-treated in the high-frequency heat treatment device.</p> |
