A portable communication terminal having an aromatic function and an apparatus for charging a communication terminal having the same are provided to inject a certain mount of air freshener to the portable communication terminal by installing an absorbent at a detachable cover member, thereby realizing an absorbent function and perform a charging process. A cover member(120) comprises: an absorbent(130) that is inserted into an insertion space(121a); an insertion space that is formed inside a cover member body; and plural holes(122) that are formed at one side of the cover member body. The holes expose the insertion space to the outside. Air freshener is inserted into an injection hole(123), and an insertion hole(121) is connected to the insertion space for the insertion of the absorbent.
