A gas saving vessel supporting board is provided to prevent that swarming soup overflows and flows into the burner because the soup collected in a soup groove is ejected to outside through the soup outlet and soup exhaust hole. A gas saving vessel supporting board comprises an upper through-hole(15) which is formed in the center of a top surface portion(14) and wherein the heat comes up; a peripheral portion(20) which is curve-cut downward in the outer circumference of the top surface portion; a bottom portion(21) which is placed in the lower part of the peripheral portion and includes a lower through-hole(22) wherein flame and heat flow in; and a ring-shaped space(23) in which the inner peripheral end part of the bottom portion is curve-cut upward.
