A boost pressure control device of a vehicle with a variable electronic control turbo charger is provided to control the output safely because the voltage signal is outputted to the ECU by a fail safe module when the problem occurs in the boost pressure controlling device. A boost pressure control device of a vehicle with a variable electronic control turbo charger comprises an input unit(330) whereto a first analog signal measured in the boost pressure sensor is input; an A/D converter(340) which converts a first analog signal into a digital signal; a MCU(Micro Control Unit)(350) which modulates the digital signal; a D/A(Digital-to-Analog) converter(395) which converts the modulated digital signal into a second analog signal; an output unit(370) which outputs the transformed second analog signal to an ECU(Electronic control Unit); and a fail-safe module(390).
