An optical sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) using the same are provided to improve optical characteristics. An optical sheet comprises a base film(110), a first protrusion(120), a second protrusion(130), and a reflecting unit(140). The first protrusion is positioned in one side of the base film. The second protrusion is disposed in the other side of the base film, and includes a concave part(130a) and a convex part(130b). The reflecting unit is positioned within the concave part of the second protrusion. The first protrusion includes mountains(120a) and valleys(120b). The concave part of the second protrusion is positioned in correspondence with an area where the valley of the first protrusion is formed.
