A touch-sensitive sheet member for providing the feeling of touch unevenness, an input unit and an electronic device are provided to reduce malfunction of the electronic device by improving the miniaturization and operability of the input unit. A touch sensitive sheet member comprises a raw material member(1) and a second material member(2). The first material member has the predetermined solidity. The second material member is arranged in the first material member. The second material member provides the touch feeling. The hardness of the second material member is different from the hardness of the first material member.
