<p>A terrestrial LBS repeater is provided to be connected to communication networks to install and operate the repeater simply and conveniently, thereby solving a problem of a shadow zone. A terrestrial LBS(Location-Based Service) repeater includes a communication processing unit and a wireless transceiver. The communication processing unit receives predetermined terminal ID(IDentification) request information through a predetermined network from a predetermined positioning server(105,110). The wireless transceiver transmits an FCM(Forward Channel Message) signal including the terminal ID request information to at least one terminal located in a range of a predetermined repeater frequency, and receives an RCM(Reverse Channel Message) signal including terminal ID information from the terminals. The communication processing unit transmits the received terminal ID information and predetermined repeater ID information to the localization server through the network.</p> |
