An anti-fuse repair voltage controlling circuit is provided to prevent influence of a low back bias voltage for a circuit unit during anti-fuse repair, thereby avoiding stress of the circuit unit. An anti-fuse repair enable unit(10) provides an anti-fuse repair enable signal according to anti-fuse repair. A power supply voltage controller(12) controls transmission of a power supply voltage to a first circuit unit(18) by the anti-fuse repair enable signal. The power supply voltage controller includes a switching element(20). The switching element switches the power supply voltage to the first circuit unit in response to the anti-fuse repair enable signal. A back bias voltage controller(14) controls transmission of a back bias voltage to a second circuit part by the anti-fuse repair enable signal.
