A cutting slag removal apparatus for a penetration plate and a pad is provided to remove slag on a perforated plate and a pad easily through a removal plate formed in the rotary drum. A cutting slag removal apparatus for a penetration plate and a pad comprises a rotary drum(110), a slag-removal section(100) which is installed at the inner circumference of the rotary drum and has friction with the perforated plate in the rotary drum and consists of a removal plate(160) removing the slag, a motor unit(200) which transmits power to the slag-removal section, and a controller(400) which controls driving of the motor unit.
