A method of purifying contaminated soil and checking a contamination state of the contaminated soil is provided to solve conventional problems about transferring pollutant treatment additives after recognizing the contamination state correctly and simply and making gaps. A method of purifying contaminated soil and checking a contamination state of the contaminated soil comprises the following steps of: setting up a pollution area(S100); transferring pollutant treatment additives into gaps after making the gaps by spraying liquid slurry into the soil(S110); making database about measured information of inclination(S120); displaying a location of the pollutant treatment additives using inclination information(S130); and monitoring a pollution state(S140).
