A tail gate glass vibration preventing structure is provided to minimize noise generated by glass vibration in driving and improve external appearance by facilitating the control of height difference between components. A tail gate glass vibration preventing structure comprises: a tailgate-glass(10); a tailgate trim(20); and a joint unit inserted between the tailgate-glass and the tailgate trim. The joint unit is a joint structure(40) of plastic material. In the joint structure, a groove(42) and a protrusion(44) are formed. The end part of the tailgate trim(30) has the structure corresponding to the shape of the joint structure. The tailgate trim comprises: a protrusion(22) which is inserted into the groove of the joint structure; and a groove(24) in which the protrusion of the joint structure is inserted.
