摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing green mung bean powder as an easy-to-eat food capable of preserving for a long period the pharmacological ingredients inherent in green mung beans. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing green mung bean powder includes a process wherein 10 kg of green mung bean crushed somewhat and 10 kg of common salt are prepared. Part of the common salt is spread over the bottom of a pottery jar, and equal amounts of parts of the green mung beans and parts of the common salt are then spread alternately thereon, and subsequently a weight stone is put thereon. After being left standing for three months indoors, the green mung beans are unloaded from the jar and then dried in the sun. After being fully dried, the green mung beans are processed into powder using a grinder. The green mung bean powder thus obtained, which is easy to eat and preservable for a long period, can directly provide the pharmacological ingredients inherent in green mung beans. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
