<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component modification method for familiar daily necessities and foods with the centrifugal force and a device therefor by modification and improvement, according to the liking caused by living environment (reduction of irritating odors or enhancement of proper order or improvement, masking of bitter taste, promotion of ripening, and the like) then stopping the addition or vibration immediately prior to drinking, eating or immediately prior to use, thereby being modified in a simple, short-time, as well, as hygienic manner. <P>SOLUTION: A subject material (foods, liquors, cosmetics, drugs and medicated cosmetics, or their raw materials) is placed directly in its commercial form or is subdivided into small portions and placed in treating vessels, then they are placed on a rotating disc 10 having a movable three-point support fixing part capable of holding the subject directly or in small vessels, the support part 11 for supporting the rotating disk, the motor driving part 12 for rotating them at an arbitrary speed and the control part 13 that relates to the work time setting, informs the attainment and stops the driving of the motor-driving part.
