<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform design and correction of a workflow. <P>SOLUTION: A business support apparatus sets one or more essential procedures from a model log indicating the operation history of a model operator and generates order information by arranging the necessary procedures. Respective essential procedures are displayed on a screen according to the order information to present a standard business procedure to a general operator and record the operation history of the general operator as a result log.
