<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device and a hybrid vehicle mounted with the control device, capable of shortening the time required until a vehicle reaches a state of being able to travel, for the vehicle having a mechanical oil pump and an electric oil pump. <P>SOLUTION: When starting a hybrid system in a vehicle stopping state, when the oil temperature is the predetermine temperature or above, READYON is permitted by securing hydraulic pressure of a power transmission mechanism by continuous driving of the electric oil pump EOP. When the oil temperature is less than the predetermined temperature, the READYON is permitted by securing the hydraulic pressure of the power transmission mechanism by the continuous driving of the electric oil pump EOP by being limited to a predetermined frequency of a starting request. The READYON is permitted by securing the hydraulic pressure of the power transmission mechanism by driving of the mechanical oil pump MOP caused by engine starting for the starting request of this predetermined frequency or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
