<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decline in operation bandwidth of an electronic device (antenna) even if a dielectric member used therein has a high dielectric constant. <P>SOLUTION: On the front surface 10a of a substrate 10, a fundamental antenna pattern 21 and a plurality of addition patterns 31, 32, and 33 which can be connected to the antenna pattern 21 are formed. The dielectric member 51 having such a dielectric constant ε that the resonant frequency caused by the antenna pattern 21 may become a desired resonant frequency f0 covers the antenna pattern 21, etc. By connecting the antenna pattern 21 and the addition patterns 31, 32, and 33 by connecting the contacts of the antenna pattern 21 and the addition patterns 31, 32, and 33 to each other on the rear surface 10b of the substrate 10 and thereby superimposing the reflection characteristic caused by the antenna pattern 21 and that caused by an extended antenna pattern consisting of the addition patterns 31, 32, and 33 and a portion of the antenna pattern 21, to which the addition patterns 31, 32, and 33 are connected, from a feeding portion 23 to the connecting portions to which the addition patterns 31, 32, and 33 are connected, the bandwidth is widened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
