PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL light-emitting element, making compatible both the high bright-place contrast and high luminance by RGB pixels, and which can be manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: The organic EL light-emitting element has at least a first reflecting film 107 on one side via an organic light-emitting layer 106 and has at least a transparent electrode 105, a light guide film 104 and a second reflecting film 103 on the other side. The second reflecting film 103 has an aperture 110 for radiating light, the area of the aperture 110 is smaller than the area of the organic light-emitting layer 106, the light-extracting side of the second reflecting film 103 is covered with a light absorbing film 102, excluding the aperture 110, and the thickness of the light guide film is 0.5 times or more for the coherent distance.
