PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping mechanism which can surely correct deformations of a circuit board, while surely clamping the circuit board. SOLUTION: The clamping mechanism includes its body 41, which is arranged provided in a base mount for fixing the circuit board; a sliding portion 42, provided arranged in the body 41; and a turning portion 43 provided arranged provided in the sliding portion 42, with the edge of the circuit board being constituted so as to be clampable, where the body 41 includes a first air cylinder 51, which makes a first rod 51a protrude in the base mount and slides its body 41 along the arrow head direction A in the base mount, and where the sliding portion 42 includes a second air cylinder 52, which makes a second rod 52a protrude in the body 41 and slides the sliding portion 42 along the arrowhead direction B; a hinge portion 71 to support turnably the turning portion 43, and a third air cylinder 53, which makes a third rod 53a protrude in the turning portion 43 and turns the turning portion 43, in a direction in which the front end 204 of the body 41 and the front end 205 of the turning portion 43 mutually approach.
