PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield structure capable of securing high shield performance with simple constitution. SOLUTION: The shield structure includes a shield case 1 disposed on a circuit board 4 to cover an object component, and a ground connection portion 2 formed projecting from a top surface of the shield case 1 by cutting and raising a side surface portion of the shield case 1 and coming into contact with a ground portion opposed to the top surface of the shield case 1.
