PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film thermal diffusion sheet which is formed by covering a graphite sheet at both faces with sheet members and sealing the sheet members around the graphite sheet and attached onto a film via an adhesive layer, for allowing easy work for separating a thin film thermal diffusion sheet body from the film. SOLUTION: The thin film thermal diffusion sheet body 10 having the graphite sheet 3 covered with a PET film 5 and an adhesive double-coated tape 7 is pasted to a separator 20. In the separator 20, a hook-shaped cut 21 is formed where two points 21A, 21A set inside of the edge of the separator and outside of an opposite portion to the adhesive double coated tape 7 are connected to each other via a portion opposite to the graphite sheet 3. When a corner portion 20A of the separator 20 is picked with fingers and pulled in the direction of leaving the thin film thermal diffusion sheet body 10, the thin film thermal diffusion sheet body 10 is pushed up by an operation part 20B.
