PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resistant segment capable of restraining deformation of joint parts between adjacent segments in a peripheral direction and a pressing action each other in case of fire breaking in a tunnel, and thus capable of preventing damage of segments and to provide a tunnel excellent in fire-resistant performance structured by the fire-resistant segments. SOLUTION: A fire-resistant segment 10 is at least one end region TR1 in the two end regions which is connected to the other adjacent fire-resistant segment when it is installed in a peripheral direction and is provided with a fire-resistant resin layer 2 at one side IP facing inside of a tunnel. In other embodiments, there are segments provided with the fire-resistant layer 2 respectively located at one side IP of both sides of end regions TR1, TR2 and the fire-resistant layer 2A consecutively connected from one side IP to segment joint surfaces TP1, TP4 and so on.
