<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity in manufacturing glass cells by continuously molding various kinds of glass bottomed tubes. <P>SOLUTION: Retaining members 2 retaining glass bottomed tubes 3 and metal molds 9 inserted into the glass bottomed tubes 3 are put on a plurality of retaining holes 1a set up at the periphery of a rotary table 1 at mounting positions 2-a. The glass bottomed tubes 3 are successively conveyed by rotating the rotary table 1 to the molding position 2-c of a molding mechanism composed of a heating furnace 6, a driving mechanism 7, a pressure reducing mechanism 8 and the like, where the setting of heat-molding conditions of the glass bottomed tubes 3 by the heating furnace 6, the pressure reducing mechanism 8 and the like are automatically implemented by distinguishing kinds of the glass bottomed tubes 3 by a sensor distinguishing kinds 5 installed at a waiting position 2-b at the upper stream side of the molding position 2-c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
