<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin foam excellent in the uniformity of its thickness. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the thermoplastic resin foam, in which molten foamable thermoplastic resin is extruded through tournament-form branched flow passages 2 having a plurality of coat-hanger-shaped flow passage 1 at their tips from a plurality of die units 4 with a plurality of discharging holes 3 provided at each flow passage 2 so as to bundle the extruded foaming strands, the width W1 of the totalized discharging hole group 3 of a plurality of the die units 4 is set to be 500-2,500 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
