PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a drift factor by a simple circuit constitution, to reduce cost greatly both in components and in manufacture, to miniaturize the whole inspection device, to thereby save a space, to secure high-grade reliability, and to improve energy-saving characteristics. SOLUTION: This combustion pressure detection device 1 of an internal combustion engine is equipped with a pressure sensor part 2, attached to the internal combustion engine M, for detecting a pressure in a combustion chamber Mr; an amplifier part 3 for amplifying at least a pressure detection signal Sp output from the pressure sensor part 2; and a transmission line part 4 for connecting a signal output part 2o of the pressure sensor part 2 to a signal input part 3i of the amplifier part 3. The device 1 has a constitution, wherein a direct-current component isolator 5 for blocking a direct-current component and passing the pressure detection signal Sp, is connected in series between an output end 4o of the transmission line part 4 and the signal input part 3i of the amplifier part 3.
