PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform simply and surely a work for setting of an alarm vibration value level or adjustment setting, in a diagnosis system mounted on a rotary machine facility operated secularly or a rotary machine facility to be installed newly. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a plurality of vibration detection sensors installed on a plurality of spots where vibration is generated by rotation driving of a rotary machine; a monitoring diagnosis device connected to the vibration detection sensors; and an alarm informing means connected to the monitoring diagnosis device, for outputting an alarm when abnormality diagnosis is performed by the monitoring diagnosis device. The monitoring diagnosis device is equipped with a storage part for storing a measured value from each vibration detection sensor; and an operation processing part having a function for acquiring measured value data from an installation time to an initial adjustment period which are stored in the storage part, and analyzing a measuring state of data of measuring points where the vibration detection sensors are installed or a deterioration state of the facility based on the stored measured value data, and a function for setting automatically an alarm level.
