PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress adhesion of outgas to a lens plane and exfoliation of coating, further to reduce displacement of optical parts due to environmental change. SOLUTION: Optical parts 1 have lens planes 1a. 1b formed in the optical axis direction and a projection part 1c provided at an end part of the direction vertical to the optical axis in order to be bonded with a pickup case 2. A bonding surface of the projection part 1c and a pickup case 2 are arranged in the direction orthogonal to the lens planes 1a, 1b and the bonding surface is bonded and fixed by a welding part 4 formed by laser irradiation. The bonding surface is parallel to a bottom plane of the pickup case 2 and height from the bottom plane to the bonding surface is made almost equal to the height of a center position 1d of the lens plane. The length L1 in the optical axis direction of the projection part 1c of the optical part is made shorter than the length L2 in the optical axis direction of the optical part.
