PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an effective system operation even when an area to be monitored is wide. SOLUTION: The monitoring device receives a sampling original to be data which become a criteria to extract an object designated by application from environment information and specify via a data accumulation device from a pattern distribution device and reproduces it, and transmits the reproduced data to the data accumulation device. The data accumulation device adjusts a reference parameter, determines correction data, and stores them so that the object is extracted from the data which have executed processing logic with respect to the reproduced data and specified. The data accumulation device uses the correction data corresponding to the monitoring device which has collected and transmitted the environment information among the correction data to be stored to execute the processing logic and determines whether or not there is information matching the object in the environment information.
