PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein processing for abnormality in an area, and processing for abnormality detected in another area, are delayed sometimes, since processing in a center is congested, as a result of concentrated notifications from abnormality detectors installed in the area to the center, when an earthquake, a fire disaster or the like occurs in the area. SOLUTION: The abnormality detection system is constituted of the detectors for detecting disasters and the various abnormalities such as the earthquake, a thunder, the fire disaster, a typhoon and a flood, and for acquiring positional information at this point by a GPS, a detection information acquiring part for receiving detection information transmitted from the detector, a detection information recognizing part for determining the presence of a similar abnormality in the vicinity of a position detected with the detection information, a processing execution part for determining the priority of the received detection information when the similar abnormality is determined to be detected, or for executing processing in response of necessity, and a detection information registering part for storing the detection information into a detection history database.
