PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective panel for greening plant, holding against the load from different directions enough to protect the plant. SOLUTION: The protective panel for greening plant is structured as follows: a unit 21 has a support pole part 1 and a skirt part 2; the support pole 1 is cylindrical and provided with an inner rib at its inner wall surface; the skirt part 2 is connected to the supporting pole part 1 at a side opposite to a top plate part, is provided with a flange around the edge thereof and an outer rib 6 at the outer surface thereof which is formed along the slant of the skirt part, being short at the side of the support pole part 1 and tall at the side of the flange; a plurality of the units 21 are united with one another at the respective outer edge surfaces of the flanges and the outer ribs 6 so as to form a planting panel having planting spaces S among the respective support pole parts 1.
