摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a membrane electrode assembly for a fuel cell containing a catalyst having an excellent catalyst efficiency while being economical. <P>SOLUTION: In the membrane electrode assembly for a fuel cell and the manufacturing method of a fuel cell system containing the above assembly, the membrane electrode assembly contains a catalyst layer arranged on one surface of a polymer electrolyte membrane, and the catalyst layer contains platinum and an alloy catalyst of a transition element, and the catalyst in an electron arrangement of platinum has D-band vacant lattice point of 5d band orbital is larger than 0.3 and 0.45 or smaller.
