<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently supporting job hiring work. <P>SOLUTION: The hiring job support method supports job hiring work by an employer, to make a working person work in an occupation, through mutual communication among an employer terminal (5), an occupation terminal (9) and a working person terminal (11), initiated by a hiring job support server (7) connected to a network. The result evaluation of the working person obtained from the occupation is converted into a point, which is then fed back to the employer and the working person. It is expected that the employer anticipating the point positively makes training and guidance, to increase the result evaluation of the working person, and also the working person makes an effort to receive a higher evaluation.
