<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic sheet with a ceramic layer, composed of a plurality of ceramic fragments, featuring the further upgraded characteristics of the ceramic layer. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic layer 5 of the ceramic sheet 1 is constructed of a plurality of ceramic fragments obtained by dividing a this ceramic sheet at cracks. These irregular cracks can be formed by pasting the thin ceramic sheet to a resin sheet layer 3 and applying an external force to the thin ceramic sheet. This ceramic sheet 1 is different from a ceramic sheet 1 with cracks like ruled squares of graph paper in that no directional property is revealed when the ceramic sheet 1 is bent and as such, it can be easily arranged along the curved surface. In addition, since the cracks are created in fragile spots of the thin ceramic sheet beforehand, it is possible to prevent the ceramic fragment from further breaking to smaller pieces and inhibit the change in the characteristics of the ceramic sheet 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
