PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable ensuring of a security sufficient for photographed image data. SOLUTION: When an image is photographed to obtain image data, the image data is transmitted to an external control device and also encrypted to be recorded in a recording medium. Thereafter, when the image data is transmitted again to the external control device not connected upon the photographing, the image data not encrypted are transmitted thereto. When the image data is transmitted again to the external control device not connected upon the photographing, the encrypted image data are arranged so as to be transmitted or not to be transmitted.
