PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine which enables the effective sustenance of players' desires for the continuation of games for estimating set values. SOLUTION: A sub CPU 91a determines the appearance frequency of characters a and e according to set values to enable the estimation of the set values from the appearance frequency of the characters a and e in a successive performance A. Moreover, as for the lowest set value, the sub CPU 91a determines the execution of the successive performance A at a lower rate than that under the highest set value.
