PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flowmeter sensor head or the like having a structure capable of stabilizing pressing force of the ultrasonic flowmeter sensor head, and so on. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic flowmeter sensor head 11 is so structured that, when a pressurized gas is supplied to a bellows cylinder 42 to extend the bellows cylinder 42, a solid couplant 53 is pressed to the external peripheral surface of an inner pipe by a spring force due to the extension of the bellows cylinder 42, together with a sensor bracket 43 and a sensor unit 45, and a reactive force of this pressing force is supported with a support frame 31 via the sensor head body 40 (reactive force pad 41), and that, when the pressurized gas is discharged from the bellows cylinder 42, the pressing of the sensor unit 45 (solid couplant 53) to the external peripheral surface of the inner pipe by the bellows cylinder 42 is released, since the sensor bracket 43 is moved in a direction to the opposite side of the external peripheral surface of the inner pipe by the spring force of a sensor lifting-up spring 47 to contract the bellows cylinder 42.
