PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for equipment in which improvement of connection reliability can be improved. SOLUTION: When a first housing 10 and a second housing 50 are fitted into each other, connecting parts 21, 63 of both terminals 20, 60 are arranged to be overlapped in that fitting-in part 11, and bolt inserting holes 21A, 63A to have a bolt V each inserted are formed respectively in the connecting parts 21, 63 of the both terminals 20, 60, while working holes 23 for bolt fastening work on the both terminals 20, 60 are opened in the fitting-in part 11 of the both housings 10, 50. At the first housing 10, a first shield shell 40 that is fixable to a case C is attached, while at the second housing 50, a second shield shell 70 is attached that is made slidable between a position where the working hole 23 is exposed to the exterior in a fitting state of the both housings 10, 50, and a position where the working hole 23 is covered and the fitting-in part 11 is covered together with the first shield shell 40.
